Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Hubbio (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or team, you confirm you are authorized to bind them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Hubbio is a social media manager for Indonesian small businesses: scheduling and publishing posts to Instagram, Threads, Facebook, TikTok, X and YouTube; a direct message inbox; analytics and reports; AI content creation; Auto Post with Telegram approval; and access through AI assistants (MCP). Available features depend on your plan and on the permissions the platforms grant.

3. Accounts and workspaces

• Provide accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• Plans, AI credits, storage and social accounts belong to a workspace, not to a user. One user can be a member of several workspaces.
• Workspace roles: owner, admin, editor and viewer. The owner is responsible for the members they invite, for workspace data, and for payments.
• You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Deletion may be delayed if something must be settled first, for example an active subscription or a balance.

4. Trial and paid plans

• There is no free plan. Each user can try the PRO plan for 7 days without a card, once per user.
• Paid plans: PRO, BUSINESS and ENTERPRISE, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on the Pricing page in rupiah and include applicable taxes. Hubbio is not a VAT-registered entity, so payment records are plain receipts, not tax invoices.
• Payments are made per period through Duitku. We do not charge automatically; you renew by paying again. Renewing the same plan extends from the current end date.
• Remaining trial days are added on top of your first paid period.

5. Changing plans

• Upgrades take effect immediately. The remaining days of your current paid plan are converted into days on the new plan by value (the daily price of the old plan relative to the new plan).
• A downgrade while a higher plan is still active can only be purchased as a plan that starts when the current period ends.

6. Locked workspaces

A workspace without an active plan (trial or paid) is locked. While locked: scheduled posts are held, media is deleted 30 days after the workspace is locked, and paid features cannot be used. We send reminder emails 7, 3 and 1 day before a plan ends, on the day the workspace locks, and 7 days before media is deleted.

After the plan is renewed, held posts whose schedule was missed by no more than 24 hours are published. Older ones are cancelled as "missed schedule" and we email you the list so you can reschedule.

7. No refunds

Successful payments are not refundable, including if you stop using the Service before the period ends. Use the 7-day trial to try the Service before paying. This does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

8. AI credits and storage

Each plan has limits on AI credits and media storage (trial 500 MB, PRO 2 GB, BUSINESS 5 GB, ENTERPRISE 10 GB) and on file size. When storage is full, the oldest finished media is deleted to make room. Media is deleted 30 days after a post is finished; uploads not attached to a post are deleted after 24 hours. Top-up AI credits follow the price shown at purchase.

9. X Credit

• X Credit is a prepaid balance in US dollars (USD) per workspace that pays for X (Twitter) API costs when you post, delete posts, or use X analytics through Hubbio. X Credit is paid in rupiah at an exchange rate locked when the order is created; prices include tax.
• Rates per action are listed on the X Credit page and may change when X changes its official prices. Charges use the rate in effect when the action runs.
• X Credit does not expire while the workspace exists.
• X Credit cannot be refunded, withdrawn, or exchanged for money, and cannot be moved to another workspace.
• X Credit is forfeited when the workspace is deleted. We ask for your consent before deleting a workspace that still has a balance.

10. Referrals

• A user who signs up through an invite link gets 50% off their first payment.
• The inviter earns a one-time commission of 10% of the amount actually paid on that first payment, not a recurring commission. Commission is only given for successful payments.
• Commission is credited to a Hubbio balance, which is applied automatically to your next plan or AI credit purchase. The balance can be withdrawn by manual transfer once it reaches at least Rp50,000, after admin approval.
• The referral discount is not combined with a coupon; when both apply, the larger single discount is used. Fake or self-referral signups violate these Terms and may void commission and close accounts.

11. Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You grant Hubbio a limited licence to store, process and send your content to platforms and AI providers only as needed to run the Service. You warrant that your content does not infringe others' rights or the law and that you have the right to publish it.

12. AI use

AI output can be wrong or resemble output given to other users. You are responsible for reviewing and approving it before publishing. You may use results generated for you, as long as it does not conflict with the model provider's terms. See the Privacy Policy about data sent to AI providers.

13. Third-party platforms

Hubbio works through the official APIs of Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, X and YouTube. You must comply with each platform's terms. Platforms may change, restrict or revoke access (including direct message permissions) at any time; we do not guarantee features that depend on those permissions will always be available. You can revoke Hubbio's access from the platform account settings or from Hubbio at any time.

YouTube features use YouTube API Services: by using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), including the Community Guidelines. You warrant that you hold the rights to the videos you upload through Hubbio.

14. Prohibited use

• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive, illegal or infringing content.
• Trying to break security, overloading the Service unreasonably, or using it to attack others.
• Reselling or sharing access outside your workspace, or creating fake accounts.

15. Access tokens and MCP

Personal Access Tokens and MCP connections give AI assistants access according to your workspace role. Keep them secret; actions taken with those tokens are treated as yours. Revoke leaked tokens immediately.

16. Availability

We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted, including interruptions caused by third-party platforms. Publishing results depend on those platforms.

17. Termination

You may stop at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. Export your data first through "Download my data" in Settings > Account. Data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

18. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is. Our liability for losses arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect losses or for actions of third-party platforms.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first resolved through discussion, then before the competent courts in Indonesia.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we notify you by email or in-app notice and ask for your acceptance again before you continue.
